Our customer Contact Centre staff are trained to assess need and to respond quickly to any enquiry our customers make.

Our 5 key objectives when an emergency occurs are;

  • Arrange for a tradesmen within 15 minutes of receiving a job
  • Attend our customers within 2 hours in emergencies
  • Give our customers a 24 hour service 365 days a year
  • Carry out 1st time fixes on 95% of emergency jobs

Ensure our customers are happy with our level of service after a job is complete
